Indoor access to the unloading dock and the dock itself is reserved for the ground floor. All external stairs are assigned to the common areas but may be subject to exclusive use rights. The ground floor, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors have exclusive rights to 5 parking spaces each, and the penthouse apartment has 2 spaces.
